How to measure yourself

  • Chest: Measure around the widest point of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (the indentation in your chest when you bend side to side), keeping the tape measure horizontal.
  • Hips: Measure the circumference around the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
